Photo Challenge: Summer Holiday
This past week our theme was Summer Holiday. Being the Fourth of July weekend, I thought it would be interesting to see how everyone spent their time. My father-in-law decided Friday afternoon that he wanted to take a trip somewhere for the weekend, and we ended up in Atlanta. I never did see any fireworks, as I decided to spend the evening with my sister and mother who live in the area. It was time well spent.

Lucy
We spent the day avoiding leaving the house. The Savannah area is overflowing because of the gulf spill. I guess everyone is coming here to avoid the oil. It was a 2 hour drive to get to the beach which is only 5 miles away.
Sam
We almost thought about going to Savannah, but Atlanta was more than a far enough drive for a weekend trip. I do hope to see you two again before you decide to move to Easter Europe though. : )
